Shipping and Handling Information

  • Once you have placed your order, it is immediately set for fulfillment for processing. Orders cannot be canceled once they are in fulfillment.
  • Orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days, based on in-stock availability. Some printed items, such as t-sirts and other branded merchandise may have to come directly from the print service and there will be added processing time. You will receive communication stating that fact. You should receive communication regarding processing and transit. If you haven’t receive communication about your order, please contact us at info@tnc.network.
  • Promotional shipping rates ( free or discounted) apply to shipments made wtihin the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Shipping rates to Alaska and Canada are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
  • P.O. Box deliveries will not be accepted at this time. If you enter a P.O. Box into the shipping address there is high likelihood your order will be returned as undeliverable.
  • All orders placed through this Website are subject to AeroGarden’s acceptance. AeroGarden may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later canceled, AeroGardenshall issue you a refund.
  • APO/FPO/AE – We are no longer able to accept orders shipping to Military addresses, Puerto Rico or Guam.
  • Shipping rates to Canada are not eligible for free shipping promotions
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in Canada
  • Shipping time frames are longer to Canadian destinations
  • Economy shipping to Canada may take up to 10-14 business days
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.

Affiliate Shipping and Handling Policies

Shipping and handling through affiliates, retailers  listed on our page that are not a part of the STM-Store and TNC Network, will be handled through those individual affiliated retailers and not the STM-Store.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Product must be new/ unused and in the original packaging. Defective or damaged product, damaged through the manufacturer/ printer, will be exchange only and must be made within 30 days.

If you elect to make a return for refund, the cost of return shipping is $8.50 and will be deducted from your original payment. Please note that additional fees may apply for packages over 10 pounds.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the return and refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment less shipping. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of us receiving your items.

For U.S. customers, STM Store will provide return labels using UPS or USPS for secure shipping and return package tracking. Simply print your shipping label and place item(s) in original packaging. All you need to get started is your order number and zip code. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or on the packing slip next to ‘PO Number’. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return, if possible.

Affiliate Exchanges and Returns

 

Affiliates are individual retailers and service providers who advertise their goods and services on our site. They are not a part of STM-Store or TNC Network beyond advertising.

For purchases made through affiliates, all return and exchanges are made through those individual retailers and service providers. Check with those retailers/ service providers for their individual return exchange policies.
